Social Media Management Pricing 2026: What Monthly Packages Cover

Social Media Pricing

Two quotes for social media management can differ threefold and both can be honest. “Social media management” is not one service: posting three graphics a week and running product shoots, producing reels and managing an ad budget share a name but are not the same job. This guide covers the monthly package ranges in the market as of 2026, what drives them, and what to check when comparing quotes.

Monthly package ranges in 2026

The figures below are not The Baal Agency's price list; they are market ranges compiled from agency price lists published as of August 2026, shared so you can see where your own quote sits.

Basic package 8,000 – 14,000 TRY / month 1-2 platforms, 3-4 posts a week, simple story flow
Standard package 14,000 – 28,000 TRY / month 5-6 posts a week, reels and stories, community management
Professional package 28,000 – 55,000 TRY / month Content production, product shoots, regular reels, reporting
Enterprise package 55,000 – 120,000 TRY / month Multi-platform, video content, campaign integration, detailed reporting

What really drives the price: who produces the content?

This is the single biggest source of variation. Some agencies only publish; you supply the images and copy. Others produce the shoot, the design and the copy with their own team. The second is clearly more expensive because it includes a shooting day, a designer and a copywriter. One question settles it: “Who produces the photos and videos, how many, and where are they shot?”

Not the number of posts, but the type of content

Twenty template graphics a month and eight custom-shot reels a month do not cost the same; the second is both pricier and usually more effective. Comparing quotes by post count is the most misleading method there is. Look instead at how many original shoots and how many videos are produced monthly.

The ad budget is not included in the agency fee

This is the most commonly confused point. Google and Meta ad budgets are paid directly from your own account to the platform; the agency charges only for management. If a quote says “ads included”, always ask whether it means ad management or ad budget. You should be able to see every lira of spend in your own dashboard.

There is a 20-40 percent gap between Istanbul and Anatolia

Market data shows this clearly: Istanbul-based agencies typically price 20 to 40 percent higher than agencies in Anatolia. The gap usually reflects the agency's own cost base rather than the quality of the work. For businesses in Aydın, Denizli and İzmir the practical conclusion is that the same production quality is available on a more reasonable budget. A second advantage of working locally is the shooting day: if the team is in the same city, product and on-site content carry no separate travel cost.

Contract length and the inflation clause

Most agencies ask for a 3 or 6 month minimum; those accepting monthly terms usually either price 15-20 percent higher or charge a setup fee. There is logic to this: the first meaningful results appear within 1-3 months, while durable brand awareness takes six months or more of consistent work. Because of inflation most contracts also carry a mid-term price revision clause — clarify what rate it is tied to before signing.

Five questions to ask when comparing quotes

1) Who produces the content, and how many original shoots per month? 2) Is the ad budget included, or only management? 3) What does the monthly report measure — reach, or contacts and sales? 4) What is the minimum term and the price revision clause? 5) Who approves content and how do revisions work? A quote that answers these five in writing is always more trustworthy than one giving a single bottom-line figure. We break our quotes down this way and state in writing what is and is not included.
