We offer professional promotional film and reels production services to effectively highlight your brand in the digital world. From short videos to cinematic productions, drone shots to social media content, we tell your brand’s story in a compelling way.
Filmed with a professional team and state-of-the-art equipment, our videos combine creative storytelling, flawless editing, and visual aesthetics to capture audience attention. Each step is strategically planned and executed to create a strong bond with your target audience.
We determine the script and concept that will best reflect your brand’s message. We develop creative ideas that will impact your audience and present your brand story memorably. During this stage, we define brand-consistent color palettes, filming styles, and content structures.
With professional equipment and an experienced team, we carry out both studio and outdoor shoots. We create captivating visuals using drone footage, macro shots, slow motion effects, and cinematic visuals. Lighting, sound, and stage setup are carefully planned during filming.
After filming, we handle editing, color correction, sound mixing, animation, and effects. Whether it’s short formats for social media or long formats for websites or TV, every piece of content is edited professionally.
Videos are resized and optimized for the intended platform. Whether it's Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn, the content is formatted to ensure maximum engagement. This ensures an optimal experience on both mobile and desktop.
A promotional film does not begin with the shoot. If it is not clear where the film will be published and what it needs to say before the camera rolls, even technically good footage fails to do its job.
We start by discussing where the film will be used: a trade fair stand, a website, a social media ad or a dealer presentation. The use case determines length, language and edit. We do not plan the shoot before the script is approved.
Location scouting, crew planning, equipment lists and the shooting schedule are settled at this stage. For shoots inside production facilities we also plan around safety rules and hours that will not interrupt the production flow.
Corporate, product detail and drone footage are shot with our own equipment. We plan each shooting day so that both the long form film and vertical Reels edits come out of the same session.
We complete the edit including colour grading, sound design and subtitles. Delivery is not a single file: horizontal, vertical and square versions are exported separately at lengths suited to each platform.
Not every brand needs the same film. To spend the budget in the right place, we first decide which type is actually required.
A film explaining who the company is, its production capacity and how it works. It is generally used at fairs, on the website and in dealer presentations, so the edit is planned for multiple channels rather than one.
Short films focused on a single product, showing detail and use. Produced for e-commerce and catalogues; product photography can be captured in the same session, which keeps the cost efficient.
Short vertical content edited to earn attention in the first seconds. Because it requires regular publishing, it works best when combined with a monthly shooting day.
It varies by concept and script, but a typical promotional film — including pre-production, shooting and post-production — is delivered within 1-3 weeks.
Shooting, editing, color grading, subtitles and platform-specific formatting are included. Monthly packages plan regular reels production.
Yes, all shoots are carried out with our own professional crew and equipment, with no outsourcing or rental costs.
Crew size, number of shooting days, location, equipment and the scope of post production are the main cost drivers. We explained the ranges and the individual items in our article on promotional film cost factors.
Yes, drone footage is shot with our own equipment. In restricted areas or where special permission is required, we plan the shoot accordingly and assess the permit process in advance.
Yes. For production facilities, stores or offices we scout the location first. Scheduling that does not interrupt your production flow, along with safety rules, becomes part of the shooting plan.
The number of revisions is stated clearly in the proposal. In practice, what reduces revisions most is written approval of the script and the edit direction before shooting begins.
Editing, colour grading and subtitles are included as standard. Professional voice over and licensed music depend on the scope of the work and are stated separately in the proposal.
